January New Year�s Resolution
Happy New Year all! I hope that 2019 turns out to be everything you want and more.
Are you making any New Year’s resolutions?
For this year’s New Year’s resolutions, I’ve decided to pick one per month focusing on an area I think I need or want to work on that month.
For January, my goal is to commit to 100% tracking each day to get back into eating with awareness after the post holiday grazing. Some things I’d like to include in this months goal – hitting every food group (protein, fruits, veggies, dairy, healthy fats and carbs).

For breakfast, we had scrambled eggs with roasted garlic mozzarella chicken sausage (4 sp).


The Husband really wanted lil smokies so I compromised with these – you get 5 for only 2 Smartpoints.


I love snacks and mini meals like this.
I had the 2 snack plates below….I am totally in love with the Trader Joe’s Shrimp Duo Bites (you get 6 for 7 sp) and the mini lemon grass chicken rolls (2 for 3 sp).

Let’s hope I can resist the German Chocolate Cake and eating more snacks. As of now, I am totally satisfied so the outlook is good.
