Danica's Daily Instant Pot Honey Sesame Chicken Happy Tuesday all! Today was a good day, not because my first meeting was at 6 am and I think my brain worked better at this hour. It was a good day because Below Deck is on tonight! Ok, there were definitely alot of other highlights too. Fast breakfast on the go that I talked The Husband through making while I did my make up. 1.5 scrambled eggs, Banana Berry Muffin and 1/2 a Sumo Orange. (4 sp). My awesome coworker sent me a message on her way in to see if I wanted a coffee – Yes, please! Tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top of the foam only (2 sp). Although not beautiful, I had a serving of this vegetarian WW Sweet Potato black bean chili (3 sp) I made on Sunday. Sweet, smoky, spicy and perfect for the rainy day we had. Served up with a veggies and Homemade Fat Free Ranch (16 oz 0% Greek yogurt plus hidden valley dip mix). I felt “snacky” all afternoon so I grazed on these items for the next 5 hours. I end...
