Instant Pot BBQ Ribs & Weekly Menu
Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend has been good despite the non-stop rain. As I mentioned in October 2017 then again in December, WW partnered with Blue Apron which is totally fun.

Speaking of WW, I maintained at weigh in this week. I was a little bummed at first, but, I know I had a good week even with the holiday celebrations.
This morning, I cooked up a batch of 1 Point Turkey Apple Sausages, freezing half and using a few to make us Sausage Egg Sandwiches.
1 slice Oroweat Italian bread topped with 1/2 Tbsp whipped butter, a fried egg and one sausage split in half (4 sp).
Tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top of the foam (2 sp).


After rinsing, patting dry and cutting our racknof pork baby back ribs in half, I sprinkled them with a little Butt Rub.



The ribs are seriously tender, falling off the bone and lip smackin’ good! The Husband said I can make these any time – lol!
