WW 2019 Materials & Weekly Menu
Hi all! How was your weekend? This week’s meeting is the meeting where Weight Watchers unveils their new 2019 WWFreestyle Program materials and any changes they are making. The good news is that nothing is changing as I mentioned back in October and Smartpoints remain the same. I secretly hoped the Zero Point food list would expand but it has not. The 2019 Weight Watchers handouts are very simplified as they encourage everyone to embrace the materials online.
Here are the handouts they provide and the highlights:
The first thing they encourage you to do is download the WW app.


My favorite two sections are the tips on how to use Zero Point foods.


They have removed the alphabetical food list and replaced it with the top 100 tracked foods.


I look forward to the app and online improvements they are making. I know I am personally glad they added Connect Groups (like they used to have in Forums) as my OCD self needs organization! Searching #hashtags wasn’t doing it for me.
The other awesome news of the weekend, we are 90% finished with our Christmas shopping and gift wrapping!
Today we took The Husband’s mom to the Sacramento Antique Faire and lunch. Before heading out I cooked a Sandwich Bros Turkey Sausage Egg White Flat Bread (4 sp) and 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds.

Romaine, corn, black beans, radishes, jicama, avocado, tomatoes, chicken – delicious!
