Simple Spaghetti & This Week�s Menu
Hi all! Are you ready for Christmas? I can say I am totally ready…almost. I stille need to think of a healthy Christmas dessert. Our work holiday break started this weekend and we are off until January 2nd…I may be just a bit excited about that! I have officially finished all my shopping, wrapped everything and we have started dropping our gifts off.
Before heading out this morning, I made this tasty breakfast – scrambled egg, 3 Jennie-O lean breakfast links (2 sp) and a tangerine from my friends tree.

I managed to keep myself in check with their hot sourdough – 2 slices for 3 sp.


Fun fact about 93% lean ground meat – one pound of turkey is the same Smartpoints as one pound of beef (15 total) so choose whatever appeals to your taste buds.
I sauteed 1 lb lean ground beef with an onion, bell pepper, garlic and mushrooms. I added 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s sun dried tomatoes not in oil along with garlic salt, pepper, crushred pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.



The best part is we have tons leftover so no cooking tomorrow!
