Put an egg on it
Happy Friday all! I’ve been looking forward to Friday all week because I am ready for the weekend. I totally blame it on the fact it’s my first week back post vacation. I am also pretty excited to head to my WW meeting because I’ve had a solid week back on track. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like I cannot wait to weight in.
I woke up this morning to a beautiful sunrise.




I do wonder if I walked or worked out at lunch if I would not have felt that way.
My compromise…putting an egg on top for zero point protein power and I am finally full!
1 slice butter bread, 2 slices Trader Joe’s one point bacon, mixed greens, tomato, 1/4 avocado and a fried egg – 7 Smartpoints & totally delicious.
Let the weekend begin – Night all!
