My New Instant Pot & Weekly Menu
Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend has been so fun as I lost 1.8 lbs this week and we had our last Christmas celebration with my family yesterday. It was great to see my brother and sister plus the rest of the family as we all haven’t been together since they moved away. I also can finally share with you all one of the fun gifts we all got to cook together.
But first – Breakfast! Today we had my favorite 1 Point real deal Bacon from Trader Joe’s and eggs (3 SP for all of this).



I have always wanted a Pressure Cooker but they intimidated me. Even reading the instructions today made me nervous.
But, it’s actually not hard at all….I think
I’ve only successfully tried the water test lol.

This article is fantastic and so is the Instant Pot Facebook group which has so many tips, recipes, etc.

This afternoon, I grabbed a coffee, Dove Dark Chocolate and dove into my new cookbook and magazines. (2 sp).
