Back at it & This Weeks Menu
Hi all! How was your long weekend? Our week in Aruba was fantastic and it was great to be home a few days to get settled back in. As much as we have had fun the past few months with our travels, I am so ready to get back into my routine. I am beginning my back on track challenge today!
The other thing I am excited about – getting a new Google Pixel 3 – how I missed my phone! Now I have every reason to snap, track and share my dailies.
We kicked off our day with 3 Smartpoint breakfast burritos.
1.5 eggs, 1/2 oz reduced fat Mexican cheese, La Tortilla Light Flour Tortillas and hot sauce. I added 1/2 a persimmon for good measure.

I love these tacos – shredded chicken, salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomato and a whole lotta crunch!



I cooked up this Bill Bailey’s Carne Asada to make burritos.
I feel proud of the fact I started with 1 burrito to see if I needed 2. I was satisfied so I never went back for more – success!
I added 1/2 cup Fat Free chili lime refried beans for zero point protein staying power.
